ORDER CANCELLATIONS / RETURNS

Items arriving to the customer in a faulty condition or where the customer no longer requires the item(s) and wishes to return their product will be accepted for return providing we are notified in writing within 14 days of arrival. Items over 14 days of arrival or items which are custom made and/or a one off special order will not be considered for return. Where a product is faulty it will either be exchanged or refunded in full (at the buyers choice) within 14 days of the item arriving back with Tech Tech Trading Limited and being confirmed as a genuine hardware fault.

In all cases you (the customer) will be responsible for the return delivery costs of any un-wanted goods/cancelled orders. If goods are faulty Tech Tech Trading will generally arrange carrier collection which requires that the buyer make themselves reasonably available to allow a carrier to collect. Customers outside the UK will be responsible for their own return delivery costs and shipping charges paid when order was created will not be refunded for returned unwanted goods.

Items returned for refund where the customer has simply changed their mind may be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee if the item is in any way no longer to be considered as new and/or been subject to what constitutes reasonable use in terms of allowing inspection as would be allowed should the item be viewed and demonstrated ‘in store’. The returned product is unused, in its original unopened packaging (with any seal or shrink-wrap intact), with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as “new”

In the case of all items being returned (faulty/refund/exchange) in the first instance the customer should contact Tech Tech trading Ltd by using any of the methods on our contact us page providing full purchase details, RMA (return merchandise authoristaion) number along with return instructions will then be emailed. Once RMA instructions have been issued you (the customer) will have 14 days in which to return un-wanted/cancelled orders. All returns received without first providing a emailed / written returns request will be refused.

Refunds

  We will give you a refund for the price you paid to us in respect of any product properly returned by you in accordance with this policy.
 We will not refund to you the original delivery charges relating to the returned product.
 We will not refund to you any costs you incur in returning the product to us.
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 14 days following the day we receive your returned product.

We cannot cancel your purchase when:

  • You return your product without proof of purchase
  • There is a contract for services with the product and you have started using the services (e.g. pre paid smart cards or cams)
  • The warranty seal has been broken on any item
  • The goods were a special order built to your specification.
  • If any illegal software / firmware / patches are found to been loaded to the receiver.
  • Your order is a pre-order as this is treated as a deposit for goods therefore non-refundable.
  • The goods have been used beyond what would be considered reasonable use for inspection.

FAULTY PRODUCT RETURNS (after first 14 days of arrival but within warranty period)

All items on this website carry a full 12 month RTB (return to base warranty) unless stated otherwise. The customer is responsible for the return delivery costs however we may also offer to refund this cost in some circumstances. Tech tech trading LTD will be responsible for any return delivery costs to the customer of a replacement and/or repaired product. All products will be repaired or replaced whenever possible, or a refund minus our shipping and handling costs or alternative product will be offered where repair or replacement is not available within a reasonable time. Faulty items returned for repair or exchange, where no fault can be found will be charged a return shipping and handling fee, generally be approx £10 for UK and approx £25.00 for European customers, exact fee will be confirmed. All returns IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES must be authorised for return by Tech Tech TRADING LTD prior to returning. ANY returns received without first obtaining authorisation may be refused and/or subject to return delivery costs where applicable. In the cases of any items being suspected of having a hardware fault in the first instance the customer should contact Tech Tech Trading Ltd by using any of the methods on our contact us page providing full purchase details, RMA (return merchandise authoristaion) number along with return instructions will then be emailed. Once RMA instructions have been issued you (the customer) will have 7 days in which to return un-wanted/cancelled orders. All returns received without first providing a emailed/written returns request may be refused and/or subject to return delivery costs where applicable.

Returns procedure
3.1     In order to take advantage of your rights under this policy, you must contact us by email only (admin@tech-tech.shop) to request a return authorisation number (RMA), and then send the product to us with a covering note quoting that number.
